This massage is for therapeutic purposes where clients may have concern or injury. Various massage techniques and exercises are used to improve soft tissue, joint or postural issues specific to treatment goals.

Sarah creates a safe healing environment which allows for deeper healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Various techniques are used such as hands on Swedish massage, visualizations and guided meditation, spiritual awareness coaching, chakra balance and repair and safe trauma release with the breath.

120 minute Initial Intuitive Massage

Various techniques are used to leave you feeling well balanced with a deep feeling of overall relaxation. The intent of this massage is to continue releasing stored stress or trauma from the tissues while harnessing a deep connection to your body, mind and soul.

Intuitive Massage Follow up Session

This will be a discovery session where Sarah will collect all information about health history including daily habits and routines, dietary habits and preferences, stress levels and management, health goals and challenges. She will formulate some small easy tweaks and changes to get you started. Once her research is complete the follow up appointment will outline a full, easy to follow program which may include supplements, dietary changes and lifestyle suggestions.

Initial Nutrition Consultation

In this session we will go over the program created by Sarah to create a healthier, more balanced lifestyle which supports a "whole" "listic" approach to living and treating your vessel (body, mind and spirit) with nourishing support. When this approach becomes 85% of your daily routine you will naturally feel the benefits such as decreased brain fog, improved mood and energy.

Follow up Nutrition Consultation

During this session Sarah will access and balance the 7 chakra centres along the spine. Techniques and tools such as guided visualizations, smudging, pendulum, crystals, hands on or distance touch will be used to create a feeling of nourishment, relaxation, clarity and connectedness. You will leave this session feeling very grounded and centred.

60 minute Chakra Balance

In her spiritual coaching packages, Sarah creates specialized sessions that support each individual. Each healing session is aligned with your goals and desires. Whether it's to heal trauma, reconnect with you true and highest self, grieve a loved one, prepare for the next step on your journey, or begin a co-creative relationship with the Divine, Sarah leads you through personalized healing sessions. Sarah will provide journal prompting to help you navigate and assimilate each session.  She will also provide nutrition recommendations to support your body through the healing process. There are many emotions associated with spiritual work, Sarah will guide you through and above, leaving you feeling seen, supported, nourished, grounded and strong.

Spiritual Coaching Follow up

This session is meant as a discovery session with your Soul/Higher Consciousness. Sarah creates a safe container to explore and journey while channeling divine messages, guidance from loved ones, ancestral healing and more. These sessions are never the same, together you and Sarah head out into the spiritual world and ask the questions that help you step forward into a powerfully connected and supported Soul living in a human form. Discover deeper purpose to this life, bring with you the wisdom you download during session and create changes in your life to enhance and manifest the life of your dreams. With Sarah's support and guidance you will leave this session feeling confident, connected and deeply open to your Soul Journey.
